1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the hhb999 platform at https://hhb999.app (the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or supplemental terms applicable to specific games, promotions, or services available on the Platform. These documents collectively form the complete agreement between you and hhb999 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").

• You are not using the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

hhb999 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time, at its sole discretion, and to suspend or close any account pending the satisfactory completion of such verification. Accepted verification documents include government-issued national identity cards, passports, and driving licences issued by Bangladeshi authorities.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the hhb999 platform. Registering, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, payment method details, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. hhb999 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify multi-account activity. Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, all accounts involved will be closed, all bonus funds will be forfeited, and any withdrawals pending at the time of detection may be cancelled pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number, and a valid email address. hhb999 is not responsible for any loss, delay, or inability to process transactions resulting from inaccurate registration information provided by the player. You must update your account information promptly if any details change after registration.

3.3 KYC Verification Process

Before processing any withdrawal, hhb999 will require satisfactory completion of our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process may include, but is not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the past three months)
• Verification of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash/Nagad account in the player's name, or bank statement)
• Selfie photograph holding the submitted identification document

hhb999 aims to process completed KYC submissions within 2–5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals remain on hold until KYC is successfully completed. Players who fail to complete KYC within 30 days of their first withdrawal request may have their pending withdrawal cancelled and their account reviewed for compliance.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hhb999 username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. hhb999 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact hhb999 support immediately at [email protected]. hhb999 will never contact you to request your password.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hhb999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). hhb999 does not accept deposits from credit cards issued outside of Bangladesh or from payment methods not registered in the player's own name.

4.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits are credited to your hhb999 account balance almost instantaneously upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your account. hhb999 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which hhb999 accepts no responsibility.

hhb999 reserves the right to refuse any deposit or to request additional verification before crediting a deposit where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected. Deposits made from payment methods not registered in the player's own name will be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent qualifying deposit. hhb999 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours following successful KYC verification. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The player's account must have completed KYC verification successfully before any withdrawal is approved.
• The amount requested must not exceed the available withdrawable balance (real-money balance after deducting any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements).
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per payment method as displayed in the player's account settings.
• Players must have wagered their deposit amount at least once before a withdrawal is permitted, to satisfy basic anti-money-laundering (AML) requirements.

4.4 Failed and Returned Transactions

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered (turned over) using the bonus funds — or the combined deposit and bonus amount, as stated in the specific promotion terms — before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements typically range from 20x to 45x the bonus amount, as stated per offer. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

5.4 Promotion Validity

All promotions have defined validity periods. Bonus funds and free spin awards that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically without compensation. Wagering requirements that are not completed within the validity period of the bonus will result in the automatic forfeiture of remaining bonus funds and any bonus-derived winnings not yet converted to real money. hhb999 may withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not affect bonuses already in active use by players who have begun wagering.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

Winnings generated as a result of a demonstrable technical error are not valid and will not be paid. hhb999's decision on the resolution of technical error cases is final. hhb999 accepts no liability for losses incurred due to device, browser, or connectivity failures on the player's end.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets — including cricket, football, and other sports available on the hhb999 sportsbook — are governed by hhb999's Sports Betting Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In general: all bets are accepted at the prices displayed at the time of bet placement; live in-play markets may be suspended at any time; hhb999 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a clear pricing error has occurred; and minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market, as displayed during the betting process.

6.4 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hhb999 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent ban:

• Colluding with other players in live poker, live casino, or any other competitive game format to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs or game glitches to generate winnings, whether or not the exploitation was intentional
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or operating as an agent for undisclosed principals
• Providing false identity, age, or payment method information to hhb999

7. Responsible Gaming

hhb999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players on the platform. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and should never be pursued as a means of generating income or recovering previous losses. hhb999 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, free of charge and accessible directly from account settings:

8. Account Closure & Termination

• Account found to belong to a player under the age of 18
• Prohibited conduct as described in section 6.4 of these Terms
• Any activity that hhb999 reasonably believes poses a legal, regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to the Company

Where an account is closed by hhb999 due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure results from confirmed fraud or money laundering, the balance may be forfeited in full and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities.

8.3 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable international gaming law under the terms of hhb999's international gaming licence. Any dispute arising between a player and hhb999 that cannot be resolved through hhb999's internal complaints process should be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body under the Company's licensing framework. hhb999's internal complaints process is initiated by contacting [email protected] in writing with full details of the dispute; hhb999 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is entirely at the player's own risk and hhb999 accepts no liability in such circumstances.
